حرکت دهم:   Abdominal Bracing (هم انقباضی عضلات شکم)

عضلات اصلی درگیر: Abdominals 

شما باید اثر این حرکت را برعضلات شکم خود احساس نمایید.

تعداد تکرار: 5 بار

ایام هفته : هر روز

تجهیزات مورد نیاز: -

دستورالعمل انجام:


·         به پشت روی زمین دراز بکشید طوریکه دستان شما در کنارتان باشند، زانوهایتان خمیده باشند.

·         عضلات شکم خود را سفت  کنید طوریکه از بند کمرتان دور شود.

·         این وضعیت را برای 15 ثانیه حفظ نمایید.

نکته: کمر خود را به صورت تخت روی زمین قراردهید.

I believe everything posted made a lot of sense. However, what about this?
suppose you added a little content? I ain't saying your content isn't good., but suppose you added a headline that grabbed
a person's attention? I mean رویکردهای نوین در فیزیوتراپی - برنامه تمرین درمانی ستون فقرات و کمر (10) is a little vanilla.
You should look at Yahoo's front page and note how they
create post titles to grab viewers to open the links.
You might add a video or a related pic or two to grab readers
excited about what you've written. Just my opinion, it could
bring your website a little livelier.

this, what if you typed a catchier post title? I ain't suggesting
